Room 712 was full of defects (a leak in the wall, traces of AC condensation left unrepaired, the wall around the corner of the bed was chipped, and the cubicle needed replacing. The AC was noisy and not cooling. Room 712 wasn't really worth selling. Moved to room 719, it's a better room than 712. Cleaner and tidier, although traces of AC condensation were still present. The cubicle was also in better condition than 712. Overall, Pop Lampung needs a complete renovation of the rooms and corridors. They look old and worn. Also, the linens/sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bath mats are due for replacement. They're worn, and the edges are frayed. Sorry.

The staff was friendly, but the reading light didn't work, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. The place was clean and the amenities were complete.

When checking in, I wanted to open the room door, but the key didn't work, so I went back and forth to the receptionist. I updated the key, but when I got up, I still couldn't. I was tired and wanted to rest. Maybe I should double check again, so that guests don't go back and forth.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was quite impressive. It's close to culinary delights and the city center. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly, and my extended family and I were accommodated on the same floor and wing. It's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay in Lampung.
