The intention was to find a hotel to rest on the weekend because I was bored at home. And just randomly chose in the Jakarta area, at first I was wrong, it turned out there were 2 branches hahahaha but when I arrived, wow I really liked the decoration, the room, the swimming pool is also really cool, it's transparent. There is a cafe and bar on the 10th floor and the food is okay, basically everything is okay and maybe it will be on my list if I want a beautiful staycation in Jakarta heheh

I was honestly really tired after a day on the project and checking in at a very late hour..........oh, I got into a power outage drama. But this isn't my problem, maybe they were just unlucky, the problem is............none of the staff took the initiative or proactively went out of their way to inform us customers on each floor who were anxiously waiting for confirmation. We had to go down by ourselves via the emergency stairs with their own lighting without any help from the staff. Until we got down, no one explained or at least said sorry. What kind of hospitality is this............For me personally, no more next time for this kind of service.

For the first time staycation here, see the app review the rating is all good, finally decided to try staycation here. When we first entered the hotel area, the elevator smelled musty, hot, the hotel is very instagrammable, lots of photo spots, we arrived at 13.00 but had to wait until 14.00, finally we decided to have coffee at the restaurant first, at 14.00 we were able to enter and we got room 605, as soon as we entered the hallway it also smelled musty, when we entered the room the room also smelled musty, the bathroom smelled of urine, the bathroom floor was slippery, the sheets looked like they were not fit for use and were a bit moldy, the AC was leaking, asked for a single bed but was given a double bed, the breakfast was less varied, the breakfast area was very dirty, I even saw the security guard cooking his own Indomie in the breakfast area. I have no complaints to the hotel but please the hotel management can pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel so that guests are more comfortable staying here.
