Assigned to the 8th floor and the room was okay, although the air was stuffy. Thankfully no cigarette smoke smell like last year's stay, after they implemented a heavy penalty for those caught smoking.

The room is extremely noisy and not soundproof at all, so you can clearly hear traffic noise from the outside. My family and I couldn’t sleep properly. We kept waking up and the rest was really not restful. Not recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful night. Also, it turns out that on weekends you can only check-in at 3 PM, while check-out is still at 12 PM. It’s quite disappointing because the hotel design is actually unique. However, the room was clean and the bed was spacious.

Room is quite cozy and clean. Air conditioning is working well, shower is very good but big issues with the food. I had breakfast and the food had no taste and not many options. The pudding was also very plain. Food needs to improve a lot, but overall I am happy with the service and my room.

The downsides, in my opinion, are: 1. The Wi-Fi is slow. 2. The power outlets are only accessible from one bed. The bed next to it has no outlets at all. There are plenty of outlets, but they only work for one bed. 3. The light switch is only accessible from the bed that doesn't have an outlet, and it's near the door. 4. There's only one type of protein on the main menu, but the rest is okay. 5. Every time we change new towels, they smell like they're sunburned. Aside from these drawbacks, the hotel staff is friendly and never refuses guest requests. The location is also quite strategic. If I may request, the swimming pool's operating hours could be extended. Perhaps from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

A really nice place but managed not to the best. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Sheets were also not clean. Smoke was found near the window. If it was maintained and cleaned better, it would be worthwhile.
