Pullman Bali Legian Beach

Good Experience

My first time staying at the Pullman and at a more elite hotel. I was disappointed and feel like Ive had better service at $50 a night hotels. Whilst the grounds were nice and staff friendly, the hotel room was basic, and lacked sufficient room for my case and clothing. My room was not cleaned properly, basic amenities such as bathmats and facewashers not replaced and floors not swept. Bath salts I used on the first night were not replaced. I reused my towels and did not expect my linen to be changed during my stay so there was no excuse not to clean the room to an acceptable standard. The garden view room was in fact looking directly into the mens toilet whilst they used the urinal due to poor privacy shielding. The benefits they offer in fact require a deposit eg they offer a pillow menu but expect a $50 deposit to use. Benefits-close to beach and decent restaurants.

Excellent breakfast and professional service throughout the Hotel.

The team at the Pullman were amazing, nothing was too much effort. The property was beautifully designed with everything anyone could want from the smallest of people to the oldest. It is so close to everything that Legian has to offer. Highly recommended. Thanks guys, we will be back.

Rooms were smelling mold and sewage The kind manager, Basly, change 3 times out room but still the same inconveniant When we were requesting for something, our request were never actioned gor example baby cot, towel, bed sheets, ashtray etc... We arrived Hotel, early hours morning, went to room and it stunk mold, and damp, we complained and was moved following day, sadly it made us sick, after reading recent review this is clearly an ongoing issue. Not 5 star Pullman standards, the gym and hotel area itself is nice. No mini bar in fridge which not great for a 5 star hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners are very noisey and woke us up every morning around 7ish . Overall would not return to hotel. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to all shopping and attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent.

Friendly staff Food very good

The rooms smell moldy and the staff showed me other rooms that smelled worse. Overall the hotel is close to the town which makes it a good location.

The unit we stayed in had a damp mouldy smell. We complained, they came in and "treated" the room. However it made no difference. We had no one follow up to ask if it had improved.

Was overall a 'good' stay, but nothing wowed us. Very spacious room that would benefit from more generous furnishings - a mini sofa for 1½ seemed a waste! Gardens are lovely and could do with some seating benches (although the hammocks and beanbags are a nice touch). All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, friendly staff.

Was a nice stay. Area has plenty of restaurants and across the road is the beach.

Whilst the hotel is great room was continually damp from ac. No adjustments could made which dry out room apart from turning off. Towels looking very warm and old for a 5 star hotel

Excellent facilities and good location opposite the beach. Staff exceptional so helpful and friendly. Easy walk to known locations or transportation organised for extra convenience
