It was truly comfortable, cool without air conditioning, all the food was delicious, the service and staff were friendly, and the breakfast was served with an omelette by the friendly chef. The service truly pampered me while staying at Puncak Pas Resort. All the staff at this place were very friendly and helpful, the best place in Puncak Pas. I would recommend Puncak Pas Resort for a family vacation or a different meeting atmosphere. Comfortable place, excellent service, thank you to all the staff and chef of Puncak Pas Hotel & Resort.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Puncak Pass Resort Hotel. The kids loved the cool, clean air and ample play space. The rooms were quite comfortable and had no issues. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. We'll definitely be back again for a relaxing stay.

The staff is very friendly. There are plenty of sports activities to choose from (soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts). The views and atmosphere are beautiful. The only downside is that it's located on the main road, so traffic noise can be quite disturbing.

The food at the cafe is absolutely delicious. You have to try the poffertjes if you're here. The views are amazing, and it's really nice to walk around the resort. The air is also very fresh. The staff are all friendly. The rooms are perfectly clean, not a speck of dust.
