The only downside to this type is that the room can be a bit hot and stuffy at night because the room is tightly closed... unless the window is open... because it's cold. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

We only had two power outages in the middle of the night, which was quite a shock. The room was comfortable, but the hallway was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, and the atmosphere is pleasantly cool, even without air conditioning, as it's located on a mountaintop. The food is also delicious and varied. However, there's a lack of children's play areas/facilities.

It was a good trip, but there's some issue with accessibility and transportation to the resort. There was no option unless you bring your own car or motorbike, the resort doesn't provide any assistance for shuttle service. Nevertheless, the service was good.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, from when I was a child until I had children. I love it here because the peak vibes are more pronounced, there's still mist especially after rain, it feels serene and peaceful while drinking tea or coffee on the terrace. Last time I stayed in the Amaryllis room, a bungalow, when it rained, water leaked down from above the fireplace, I also had to block the valve to change the water to the shower with paper, the staff was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

I enjoyed staying here, it was cool and quiet, the staff were friendly, and I was able to check in early yesterday, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was problematic during my stay there, I called the receptionist several times but the maintenance never came.
