This is my 3rd stay here, I've tried the Rinjani deluxe room and yesterday the cottage, super comfortable, very kids friendly, the kids are always happy swimming in the warm water, the staff are super friendly, I left my cellphone in the lobby and they immediately picked it up, highly recommended, stay healthy Puncak Raya Hotel staff 🙏🏻 hopefully they will continue to provide the best service, really cool, now there's McD in front so it's even more enjoyable.

The location is very strategic, all the staff are friendly. The AC is cold, the pool is clean. However, the toilet amenities are lacking. The shower jet broke and I reported it immediately, and it was fixed immediately. The service is really top-notch for the strategic location, the staff is great, and the price is affordable. I won't regret it, thank you Puncak Raya Hotel.

There's no need to hesitate to stay here, the whole family feels at home, the area is spacious, the view is great, the staff are all quick, friendly, clean, smells good, there are lots of swimming pools, lots of children's play areas, the food is also delicious, it's close to McD and Indomaret too, I think I'll come back here again...
