Even though we stayed at Merbabu, we could still use the Rinjani swimming pool. It's great that there's now an MCD, so hopefully the rental price won't go up. Also, please pay attention to the old building. Try repainting it to make it look less dull.

The staff are nice, the facilities are ok, but the lighting around the accommodation is lacking so it's dark and the building needs more attention, the sheets and blankets are not very clean, it smells damp, and many of the door hinges are broken.

The service was very friendly and provided options and was quick to respond. I had two issues. 1. The water dispenser leaked, leaving the gallon of water empty. I reported it immediately, and the dispenser and gallon of water were replaced. 2. The bathroom hot water tap leaked, causing the room to smoke. This was also quickly resolved. The only downside is that the TV is still a tube TV, with many channels missing. The location is spacious, so it's tiring to go to the hot spring pool. There's something unique about the staff: most of them are older, but they're quick to respond.
