The staff was very friendly, and access was easy. Unfortunately, when I stayed last night, the door to my room was difficult to close from the outside. I had to ask the receptionist for help, so I couldn't leave valuables in the room.

The staff are friendly and the service is good, however, the room card often has errors, it's really tiring to call the staff back and forth, the rooms don't pay attention to the facilities, starting from the lights, some of the lights are off, the AC isn't cold enough even though it's on all night and has been adjusted,
