When checking in, the check-in couldn't be faster and the staff was curt when they said it couldn't be done even though it would have been done slowly if it was according to the SOP, and the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to be cold, it wasn't cold at all. Please improve the friendliness at the reception, but just stay here once. I've come all the way from outside Belitung to stay there, but the service at the reception is like that.

Got a fairly spacious hotel room for under 200,000 Rupiah (double deluxe). The large wardrobe can store plenty of clothes for those staying more than one night. There's also a mini fridge. The only downside is that this room doesn't have a window, so if you want one, book another room type. Overall, it's nice and pleasant.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, I took a Deluxe Double room, when I entered there were still used towels in the cupboard, who did they belong to, so they weren't checked even though there were new towels in the bathroom... The pillows and bed were hard, there were still hairs on the sheets (have the sheets been changed or not), there was no soap in the bathroom (bring your own soap).... The hot water for bathing was turned to the hot setting but the water wasn't hot.... I wanted to turn on the TV but the receiver was off even though it was already on..... The floor of the room had many cracks that made a sound when stepped on......

I actually like this hotel, I stay here often, but there are always some flaws, and now I want to share them. 1. Sometimes there aren't any towels, so I have to ask the receptionist myself, and even then, they don't bring them. I have to be fussy and nag to ask. I even went a whole day without a towel, I had to use my clothes as a towel. 2. Sometimes there aren't any towels, sometimes there aren't any rags or doormats. 3. The TV is completely off, some are on, but the signal is dead, and some are in other rooms, so it's not enjoyable. 3. Sometimes there's no soap or toothbrush. 4. Check-out time is 12, and there's already banging on the door at 11. 5. Every time I'm about to check out, the hotel staff are already so noisy that they're really disturbing my sleep. 6. The hotel staff's language seems unethical, often being heard using foul language and rudeness.
