This is my first time staying at this hotel, I took a Deluxe Double room, when I entered there were still used towels in the cupboard, who did they belong to, so they weren't checked even though there were new towels in the bathroom... The pillows and bed were hard, there were still hairs on the sheets (have the sheets been changed or not), there was no soap in the bathroom (bring your own soap).... The hot water for bathing was turned to the hot setting but the water wasn't hot.... I wanted to turn on the TV but the receiver was off even though it was already on..... The floor of the room had many cracks that made a sound when stepped on......

The location is strategic from the city center, but the TV won't work and the toilet smells.

I actually like this hotel, I stay here often, but there are always some flaws, and now I want to share them. 1. Sometimes there aren't any towels, so I have to ask the receptionist myself, and even then, they don't bring them. I have to be fussy and nag to ask. Third time staying here and always satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room condition is clean and tidy, the room cleaning service is also very good.
