Dirty room, broken bedroom door, broken bathroom door, and in the middle of the night, I was disturbed by spirits, I only stayed there once and brought my wife and children, it's really bad, I'll regret it

Sorry for the honest review, but I hope there are improvements. I've been here several times and nothing has changed. The rooms are musty, stuffy, and the wallpaper is peeling. When I stayed in room 407, the water ran out. Moving to 412 was even worse. The tap water was murky, and the toilet lid was also off. I wouldn't shower here.

The facilities are a bit lacking, the swimming pool can't be used, the TV remote in the room doesn't work so the TV can't be used, the phone is dead, the bathroom door can't be closed, the water in the bathroom is stagnant, stayed for 2 days and only got mineral water on the first day, the bed sheets are rough, it's worth the price, the staff are friendly and quite nice

I booked 5 rooms for my relatives because there was an event nearby the next morning, the hotel staff was nice. There was no problem with the staff, but I think the hotel management should be aware, because the facilities were very bad.. The AC was dead in my room, the other 2 rooms had no water in the bathroom (only a few drops), I didn't even take a shower even though there was an event in the morning.. basically, no more..

for transit, it's quite good with that price, check-in at night, check out in the morning (-+12 hours), only the floor cleanliness is lacking (it seems like it's not mopped and it's a bit sticky), the bathroom water is small so you can't use the shower. The bucket is dirty until I clean it myself. The AC only works for a short time, the rest of the time it's error and leaks. The room is spacious, the facilities are towels, soap + toothpaste + toothpaste, mineral water, TV are available. Hopefully the shortcomings will be repaired & improved again🙏🏻

The worst hotel service, no soap, TV, water heater, telephone, everything is dead. There's always an excuse. If you can't sleep at night, there's karaoke until 3 am. You can see the forest.
