The service was poor, with many of the room's AC and water heater facilities broken. I booked two rooms with breakfast for four people, but only received two. I asked why the other two weren't included, and instead blamed Traveloka, even though it was clearly the hotel's fault. When I was about to check out, I was told to wait for the check-in process.
