To spend my end of the year 2024 holidays in Jakarta, I chose Rasuna Mansion, and this is my first stay in this hotel. I had a very great experience and will be coming back again. The ambiance and facilities of this hotel are good. We are satisfied. There is a gym area close to my room and the breakfast floor at the 4th Fl. view to the city. Nice for taking pictures. I like the foods also. There are many choices and the taste were good. What I won't forget from my experience staying in Rasuna Mansion is the staffs who are very friendly and helpful with smile. Still remember of Ms. Igoh, Ms. Asmi, Ms. Fitri, Ms. Yeni, Mr. Wahyu and Mr. Rian. The security team also nice and very helpful. Most of all their staffs services are excellent. I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they look for hotel in the center of Jakarta, especially in Kuningan Rasuna Said area. About the price, it's worth it. It's location also very strategic, easy to go anywhere.

All the staff are nice! The food is really delicious! Although there are not many variations, believe me the food is not fake, it is very high quality! The service is very good! Large room with a refrigerator, smart TV, YouTube! View of a tall hotel building! Close to the circle to the mall, easy access? If you are with family, it is better here because it is the best in its class.

My first time staying here... There's not much parking, but I still managed to get some. The receptionist's service was standard. The room was okay, with a balcony with a city view. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately opened the balcony door to freshen the air. The shower had strong, hot water. Breakfast was also good. The staff in the dining room were friendly. There's a small pantry on each floor, which is often used by many people. It contains a gas stove, a sink, and a water dispenser for refilling water. There's also a gym, but I haven't tried it yet. Several minimarkets are located around the hotel, offering fried rice, fried chicken, dim sum, pizza, and other food. The location is strategic, close to ONE SATRIO CBD, CIPUTRA WORLD Mall, and KUNINGAN CITY Mall. I'll stay here again next time. Best of luck!

Since 2015, all rooms at Rasuna Mansion have been equipped with smart TVs, and these are updated every three years. I was quite concerned that your room might not have had a smart TV. Regarding the dirty balcony, we inspect all rooms daily before guests check in, including the balcony, bathroom, and bedroom, to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. I booked a room at Rasuna Mansion because it was close to my relative's wedding venue. There are lots of food vendors nearby, and there's a Circle K. Across the pedestrian bridge is Plaza Festival and the Rasuna Said MRT station.
