Saya sudah beberapa kali nginap di sini, kali ini yang ngurusin hotel berbeda, jadi kurang nyaman, listrik sengaja dimatikan, padahal kita sedang bekerja di dalam. Saat saya extend perpanjangan nginap, juga diminta saat itu juga dan menolak melalui aplikas. Jadi merasa kurang nyaman aja sekarang, beda sama pelayanan sebelum-sebelum nya.
