I took a single bed room for 144,000. Very bad, very disappointing. The door lock could not be removed. There was no welcome drink. The AC was not cold enough. The bathroom could not be closed. The condition of the room and furniture was dirty and dusty. It was not worth staying here.

Don't book this hotel. This hotel is really bad, we were tired from a long journey, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff was not there, we had called from the front to the back, but there was no hotel staff, we had called the number listed but it was rejected, it was really bad. Saya sudah beberapa kali nginap di sini, kali ini yang ngurusin hotel berbeda, jadi kurang nyaman, listrik sengaja dimatikan, padahal kita sedang bekerja di dalam. Saat saya extend perpanjangan nginap, juga diminta saat itu juga dan menolak melalui aplikas. Jadi merasa kurang nyaman aja sekarang, beda sama pelayanan sebelum-sebelum nya.
