Hotel staff is friendly 24 hours, location is close to city center, clean.

This is the second time staying at Sedayu 1. Only the room is not very soundproof, so it's a bit noisy. Overall the rest is okay and enough for the price of the room. Close to Ajibata Harbor. There are also many sellers around at night, close to the gas station.

The staff was quite responsive to complaints about the unpleasant odor upon entering the room. The odor was manageable.

The location is very strategic, near a gasoline station and all food stalls on a main city road in Parapat, Jl. Sisingamangaraja.

First time staying here, I like it. The room is not too small, it is quite spacious. The bathroom has hot/regular water, the bathroom size is quite spacious, the room, bathroom & the area around the inn are also clean. Comfortable. Please ask the RedDoorz @ Parapat management at the reception to be trained again, I ordered in the application, the payment was successful & verified with my order number already there, but a man (I don't know his name) at the reception said there was no order in my name when I checked in at 23.30 WIB, so I had to wait approximately 2 hours, he said he was trying to contact management, on the one hand I asked who the older brother was, at the bottom of the stairs who was on the phone, he answered the reception too sir, then I was left and told to wait , I tried to say to the older brother who had called earlier, please help me and pay attention because I brought my small child, I came from outside the area, namely Pekanbaru, Sis, he answered yes sir, while he was busy on the phone and called the man who had just said it. who said there wasn't any, and I was still told to wait, finally I waited in the living room, because it had been almost 2 hours I tried to approach my sister who was still on the phone, I said 'Sis, please check, I ask for your cooperation and attention, I I have children in the car, I'm waiting, my child is still small, I'm from Pekanbaru, it's just arrived, sis', the answer was yes sir, finally the older brother stood up and went to the reception room and checked it via the computer, it turned out that it was a shame that my order number was already there. It's been there since before, I immediately made a confirmation and prepared the room, then I asked, why didn't my brother say anything earlier, he answered 'I'm sorry sir, it's been there a long time ago, he doesn't understand, he's still training. The room does not match the description on the application. In the application it says there is AC. But in the hotel there is no air conditioning.
