Pros: Near amenities, restos etc Cons: The room floor was not mopped properly. Our feet were covered in black dust upon entering the room. They might have mopped it after the last guests but they shoud have re-mopped the floor before we came. The TV was not working. The receptionist was not friendly.

Receptionist tell us to check out at 11.00 AM. They say “we want clean the room”. That 's sucks. Don't stay in this place.

The hotel staff was okay, but the room was not clean, the door was hard to open when going in and out, there were no amenities, only 1 towel, the AC was not cold, there were many cockroaches in the room, I didn't feel at home until midnight and when I checked out the deposit money was not there, they said it would be on the TF the next day, but it wasn't on the TF so my husband and I had to go back to get the deposit money, this is the first time Reddorz has been like this.
