The staff is not friendly at all, the bedroom and bathroom are dirty and smelly, the room smells of rat pee and cat pee, the doormat is dirty and smelly, the electric socket is not working, the toilet is dirty and the water closet is not working either, there is no room key, when we want to go out and ask where the door key is, we are told to use the slot through the window, the staff is never on standby at the front office, wandering who knows where, the worst thing is last night the electricity token ran out, we wanted to complain to the staff but the staff was nowhere to be found, from 3 am to 7 am we looked for the staff but there was not even one staff in sight, in the end we filled the room token ourselves, when we wanted to check out we asked for the token money back but the staff was again not there.

The staff are friendly, but the cleanliness and tidiness are not maintained, like the accommodation is not well maintained, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the room floor is dirty.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the cleanliness is very lacking for a hotel of RedDoorz's class. The floors and walls are covered in dust and grime, the sheets, pillows, and towels are also dirty and smell bad, many of the bathroom facilities are broken, the toilet smells bad, and the room locks don't work properly. Hopefully it will be improved further.

Saya suka tempat tidurnya, empuk, nyaman, namun kamar mandi kurang bersih, kalau beli sarapan deket cukup jalan kaki di sebelah kanan hotel nyebrang ada masakan Padang, Wifi-nya ga konek di kamar, TV nya nyala mati terus sambungan kabelnya, yah sesuai budget hanya ada soap & shampoo dan itu all in one, udah ada handuk di meja kamar, tapi ga ada odol dan sikat gigi. Semoga fasilitas yang ada bisa diperbaiki karena sesuai budget ya jadi ga bisa berharap lengkap ya karena bukan rumah sendiri 😂
