the hotel staff is nice, but they don't smile enough, they're getting tired. the room smells good, but the AC isn't cold enough, just cool, the shower doesn't work or I don't know how to use it. access might be difficult for cars. then the TV can open YouTube, it's really good.

The place is suitable for activities in the center of Jakarta, only the water is not clean and makes itchy. The small pillow should be washed so that it doesn't look dirty because it looks black because of dirt. For others. All okay. Including the size of the room, the place is safe and quiet. The room is very unsellable, dirty, dusty, the sheets are very dull, the shower head is broken, there is no maintenance, the electricity token is also not controlled so that in the middle of the night it suddenly goes off until I wake up for 2 hours waiting for the token to be filled first. Even though the next morning I have to take an exam. The service is also bad, the reception staff just sits, plays with their cellphones and smokes when asked several things just point here and there, not wanting to move at all. I feel like I'm not entering a hotel but rather entering a shop.

Dirty accommodation, trash is full and not thrown away. When checking in the room, there is a lot of trash in the bathroom that has not been thrown away. The sheets have holes and are no longer suitable for use, the staff are not friendly.

Highly not recommended! The staff is really annoying. The water didn't turn on, my husband and I didn't shower, the room smelled musty, the sheets had blood spots all over the corners, especially on the pillows, it was dirty. Had to check in 1 day because I was in a hurry and I was really sleepy so I had to look for a hotel again because I was bringing a 2 year old child, it was a shame to be taken around. There was no signal at all until I hung out outside the room and it still wasn't there. Bad mood!

Fasilitas sesuai harga, tapi pelayanan zero. Kamar sudah jelas kosong, even 5menit sebelum jam 2 tidak boleh check in early. Receptionist yang laki-laki sinis sekali dalam melayani customer. Bad.

Judging from the ratings 1-4, choose the middle. Choose a *premium* room but the floor is slippery and the edges of the walls are dirty, the bed cover has lots of yellow spots and the mattress pad has several marks (blood) (it's best to replace it with a new one) and what's worse is that they don't provide tissue but I don't know about another room, maybe I wasn't lucky yesterday. In terms of access, it's actually good, whether you want to find something to eat or take a short walk, the parking area is large and there is a canteen at the top, the location is nice and quiet because it's in an alley. Overall semua baik, staff, lingkungan, kebersihan oke. Sudah yang ke 3x menginap di sini. Cuma yang ke 3 ini dapet kamar yang shower nya rusak & saya malas buat komplain & pindah-pindah kamar. Mungkin untuk ke depannya pemilik harus rutin periksa kelayakan fasilitas kamar ya. 😀.

It's cheap, but please pay attention to cleanliness, just entered the room, the pillowcases were dirty, the floor was sticky, the wet mat, the bathroom, the closet, like it had never been brushed, because the floor was really sticky, I wanted to pray, so I'm not sure I ended up praying on the bed haha actually it's a sheet and a pillowcase is it replaced or not? Do you just clean it up when you check out? The thing is, I was able to see when I wanted to check out, the gentlemen who cleaned the room didn't bring equipment to change the sheets or pillowcases, they only brought a mop and didn't bring a bucket of sticky floor, right, one mop for everyone, right? The bathroom mat, oh my gosh, when you lift it underneath until it's yellow, how do you clean it? Luckily, my friend first videoed the condition of the room before using it, the problem is that it's ruled that if you contaminate the sheets and other things, you'll be fined. please pay attention to cleanliness so that it's cheap, if it's clean, it's comfortable, don't just have rules, elite cleanliness is difficult 👌.
