The parking lot is unsafe. If anything happens, the hotel will wash their hands of it. There are no guards or responsibility for customers!

It was not stated that the room was a smoking area. When I entered the room, my chest felt tight because it was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes, and the AC took a long time to cool down. Very disappointing.

The hotel staff is friendly. The bedroom is clean although a bit small. However, the water drainage in the bathroom is very slow, maybe a bit clogged. So the bathroom floor is slippery.

The reception staff are not responsive in serving guests, guests who want to check in are asked to wait and the staff do work that can actually be postponed for a while and serve the guests first, because guests from out of town want to rest.

The toilet looks rarely cleaned and the room smells musty when you enter. It is very helpful with the elevator and the hotel area being close to food stalls

The hotel is terrible. From the hotel or the employees who are cheating. There is a small stain of food, maybe half a centimeter in size, but it can be removed because my child ate grapes and fell on the bed. D forced to pay. Terrible.

The hotel is situated in a very strategic place for the business I am dealing with, very suitable for my guests for just a few days visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk staff who didn't even bother to know that my guest who came from Canada really needed a rest. He persisted that we can't have advanced check in just because the regulation they have. It's a bit silly though. I just can't understand why can't they allow my guest to have his room just about an hour earlier. They wanted to charge extra fee for that one hour early check in. The house keeping needed to see the 'clean the room' sign put outside the door then only they begin to clean the room. It's quite upsetting when my guest told me about that. But, overall it's still considered alright, since this is the nearest reddoorz hotel we can get in our area.
