Hotel staff: terrible, having to deposit and find an ATM is difficult, even though I've paid online. Hotel: dirty room, hot AC, dirty towels, no toothbrush, no TV remote, no AC remote, bed: dirty, bed cover full of hair, moldy and smelly walls, Room: 601, Horror, many invisible residents in the corner, given a room very far to the 5th floor and a room at the end. Enough, I'm fed up.

Dirty bed linen, dirty room, uncomfortable mattress, not suitable for being a hotel, the owner of this accommodation business should pay attention to cleanliness because this is a public service. I feel very disappointed. Plus there was a deposit that wasn't listed in the application info and made it difficult for me to withdraw the money. Even though he was very sleepy. The air conditioner is not cold, it is broken, the room smells, the walls have lots of pens written on it, there are no towels, no mats, in the morning it is noisy with small children screaming and karaoke people are very disturbing to people resting.
