Pesan di sini karena lebih dekat dengan Ragunan tempat diadakannya acara keluarga kami. Tapi handuk tidak ada, sabun/shampo tidak ada, tisu toillet tidak ada. Handle kran mandi rusak jadi gak bisa mandi hanya kucuran kran bawah, ada sisa rokok dan puntung rokok di laci sisi kasur. Setelah di minta ke resepsionis cuma dikasih handuk. Tisu dan sabun/shampo dibilang habis stok nya. Hal yang seharusnya telah di managed dengan baik. Pelayanan yang sangat tidak layak untuk harga 500rb-an ntk type premium lho padahal. Room D301 type room premium.

The staff were actually friendly, but the room were not so good, dirty in the hall room, the bathroom too, and the lamp is not really bright, need to complain to the staff first then they changed it.

Good service, room facilities are also not bad, it's just that cleanliness needs attention. Many dirty dishes are not immediately cleaned until they are moldy.

Actually, if only this hotel had professional housekeeping, the conditions would be much better. Because the hotel is good. But less maintenance regarding the floors as well as bathrooms and dirty corridors.

Pay attention to the air conditioner, it's not cold. TV cannot be used. There are no amenities. The rest is a comfortable place.

Cleanliness is not maintained in all areas (in rooms, bathrooms, foyer tables, central lobby, stairs, smoking area) rubbish is scattered everywhere and not picked up, cleaning staff is lacking! At 9 am it was still dirty, stayed for 2 days, the hallway had lots of hair and wasn't cleaned. Especially the bedroom walls. Checking in was late because the room was still not ready.

Fasilitas sudah bagus sebenernya tapi koridor kotor ada makanan busuk ga dibersihin, toilet kotor, wastafel mampet, sabun ga diisi, remote AC rusak, tisu ga diisi.
