The hotel location is good for bringing family, but the room facilities are lacking, there is no TV.

The beach is not suitable for children to play on because there are lots of rocks.

Resort - No staff on standby - Termite-infested rooms - Sheets look like they haven't been changed - The mattress springs are torn, causing back pain - Lots of broken furniture - Lots of dust Bathroom: - Smelly - Toilet is difficult to flush - Sink is severely clogged - No towels - Fried rice is mediocre - Lots of feces residue + Friendly staff + Nice view + Cold AC + Cold refrigerator

There were ants on the floor in the room, but the service was excellent, and the staff cleaned it right away. The mattress probably needs an upgrade, as it's sunken in the middle, so you keep sinking to the middle when you sleep. However, the staff service was excellent, very prompt.

The hotel images, views, etc. on the app appear to be old, very different from the current state of the hotel... - No beach - Old building (rotted doors, dirty, dull ceilings) - Cockroaches were found several times - Showers don't work, and the water smells strongly of iron - Swimming pool is okay, but the shower room is very dirty and looks ruined inside and out. - Many things need to be repaired in almost every aspect. For the price I paid, it was far beyond my expectations, especially when compared to the old images on the app... It would be good if the current conditions could also be updated to avoid harming customers. That's it, I'm at a loss for what else to do... 🫨

When I first arrived, there was no water until Maghrib, I stayed in a family type building, the water heater didn't work, the wifi signal was bad. Please make a barrier to the beach, it's really dangerous. Very disappointed, beyond expectations.

Sorry, after seeing the villa I won't be staying, it's not worth it.

it was good , staf hotel service excellent, room ok, no tv in room but is ok, the view beach was excellent, acces far from Alfa and Indomart, breakfast lezatos, in future Will be much better

The bed mattress is worn out. It's uncomfortable because it's noisy and the middle of the mattress is a bit saggy.

The hotel offers beach access; if you book a family room, the beach is just a few steps away. The clean and spacious swimming pool is satisfying, and the price is quite affordable.

It's a shame that when I first arrived, the room was dirty and some of the facilities were broken. The staff was quick to respond. But what made me sad was that the swimming pool was dirty huhuhu

Clean comfortable place. No regrets staying here. The atmosphere is also serene, child-friendly, the view is beautiful.

Dapatnya kamar yg di sebrang jalan, jadi kalau ke pantai harus nyebrang dulu. Kamarnya sebenarnya lumayan dg harga segitu. Tapi kamar mandi nya banyak binatang lalat limbahnya. Plus nya, Pesen kamar tanpa breakfast tapi dikasi free breakfast nasi goreng. Kolam renang bersih, tempat bilang suram😅. Semoga kedepan ya bisa lebih baik

Highly not recommended ❌. From being dirty, the sink is leaking, the AC is hot, poor staff who can't do anything, it's better to fix it first before renting it out. Suggestion: find another place, can't play on the beach, the swimming pool is dirty.

Dirty, hopefully it will be cleaner in the future. The push closet water doesn't work. The room is hard to lock, everything needs maintenance and special attention. But it's quite good, there are some in front of the beach, although the beach has a lot of rocks so you can't swim to the beach.

Starting from a regular hotel under construction and my second choice hotel was fully booked, finally just for fun I got a prize to choose a hotel.. when I saw this with a good photo, I chose this (forgot to read the review).. we arrived here at 22.00 at night, when we entered the parking lot I was suspicious because it was dark and there was only 1 car parked, there was no security at the entrance... we entered the lobby which turned out to be one with the restaurant, wow the vibe was unusual.. when we saw and entered the room, the vibe was really creepy.. so we stayed because it was already night too.. Our child was already asleep and thank God we could make it until morning.. in the morning the breakfast menu was fried rice and that was also normal.. it was delivered to the room too.. and we just found out that there were only 2 families staying there. But the fun thing about the beach is that it's like you have it all to yourself, the beach is clean, the sand has no rocks, it's sloping, wow it's really nice to play in the water.. but the swimming pool can't be used, when we were there it was being cleaned and it seems like it hasn't been used for a long time.. The point is this resort would be really cool if the building was renovated and other activities were added.. if you read bad reviews, because it's an old building, what else can you expect, what we got was the AC wasn't cold enough, the lights didn't have the same light color, the refrigerator still had frost on it without a freezer cover.. the TV couldn't be used, there were a lot of ants because of the ketapang tree, so it was a bit of a chore having to sweep every time there were ants.. Hopefully you'll read it and make improvements soon, because your place is actually nice.. Thank you.
