The room exceeded my expectation, and just same exactly as how they put it on here. They have flexible check in late from 2pm-12am (if I’m not mistaken), so it was comfortable to know that I’d be fine to arrive late for getting my stuffs done first. It was very close to Blok M Plaza and the MRT station which is very convenience for anyone who needs to travel further than Blok M or Melawai area that can be reached by boarding the MRT. The room was super clean and neat, room service was excellent, and all staffs were super friendly. Although that I might suggest to the hotel that it will be better if you have put the bar for the aircon so it won’t look so unprepared to the guest and will be seen better (as seen on the picture I posted). And maybe fix the lamp near the entrance door also repaint some water spots on the ceiling on the room and bathroom to have it look more luxury. Other than those, I can say it is very recommended for you to stay. Keep it up and thank you for the great service!

Convenient booking, administration, and check out. The location is strategic as well, near to a lot of public areas, especially MRT. Some things are a tad worn out (towels and beddings) but overall I truly had a nice stay. Love the balcony/terrace which is connected to the room.

The hotel staff are all friendly and kind, unfortunately, many of the rooms need repairs because the walls are black because the AC is leaking so the room smells musty, the sink is leaking, the curtains smell, it's a shame that the owner doesn't pay enough attention to the comfort of the residents... please, Sampit Residence, improve itself...

The hotel is comfortable and in a very strategic location, close to Blok M, making it easy to get everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable overall, but unfortunately, the sofa in the room had sagged a bit, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The free unlimited water was a big plus. Overall, it was still comfortable and worth the stay.

Strategic location for culinary around Blok M, just walking distance. Parking for cars and motorbikes is proper, it won't get wet. Deluxe room is okay, the bed doesn't make noise, the AC is cold, there is a refrigerator, there is a smart TV (Netflix must be logged in with your own account). Overall okay, the downside is there is no breakfast.

The first time I came here it was comfortable, that's why I came again, but when I booked 2 rooms for a staycation yesterday, there was no hot water in the bathroom, I reported it twice to the staff but there was no action at all until finally the checkout time was late.

the staff are friendly and helpfull. but i think for those who are muslim, the room was really narrow to perfom prayer. in another hand, its really nice to stay there because it nears to mall. the room was also clean

It seems like the maintenance is getting worse. A few months ago, we even asked to move rooms because the AC wasn't cooling. It turned out the same thing happened yesterday, but we didn't ask because it was already late at night. The refrigerator was broken. The shower drain was also clogged, taking a long time to drain. It's a shame that the strategic and comfortable location doesn't match the quality of each room.

The AC wasn't cooling, and there was a leak. The technician fixed it, but it wasn't cooling to its full capacity. The most disappointing thing was the smelly mattress and pillows, the yellow towels, and some of them were torn. The room was stuffy because the AC wasn't cooling enough. While the location of this accommodation is excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor.

So sorry. Ordered twin bed, all mattresses, bed covers, bed sheets, pillow cases smell, have asked for replacement but still smelly and the water pipe is clogged, the flash also takes a long time to fill the water, but the service is okay, responsive and friendly, but the cleanliness of the mattress is very bad
