Didn't try the food, didn't even want to try drinking complementary coffee/tea, the room was full of cockroaches, reflexively knocked them with my shoes rather than taking pictures of the cockroaches, I was forced to sleep there because I was tired and it was already late and because I had already paid plus I had business in Ancol in the morning, access was difficult to get around because there was road repairs, the parking lot was narrow, the bedsheets had lots of stains, I swear, I asked for the bedsheets to be changed first before they were replaced, the AC didn't stay cold for a long time at first, when it was cold the remote didn't work and the temperature couldn't be adjusted
