The hallway is a bit dirty. The elevator is broken. The room is okay, quite spacious, the bed is 2 twin beds squeezed into 1. The blanket is also small and only 1 clean one is given. The towels are worn out. There are mold and crust stains in several places, especially in the bathroom. There was a water problem at night, for about 6 hours it was troublesome without water. The male staff who helped check in at night was a bit grumpy and not very helpful, very different from the staff during the day.

The hotel staff is friendly, the request for deposit funds was exchanged for holding my ID card because I didn't have cash. The location is very strategic. The room is so so. The pillowcases are yellowing, the towels are shabby, it's time to be replaced (I even bought my own towels).

prospective guests who check in early are queuing in the lobby because they are only allowed to enter the room at 2 pm, just like waiting in a cinema, even though out-of-town guests are tired and need to rest.

The room is quite good for the price, clean, the breakfast is quite okay, it's a bit boxy because there's no buffet. The location is strategic, right behind Lippo, the road is not too far and there are many restaurants. The downside is, the alley is narrow so if you bring a car or order GoCar it's a bit complicated because the road is only one way. In addition, I had time to put up a hanger to clean the room in front of the door, I put it up around 4 pm then I just went out, when I returned at 11 pm the room still hadn't been cleaned, it seemed like I had to tell the receptionist directly. Overall okay.
