Very very bad, unfriendly service, water does not turn on, mattress has been damaged, even the sheets used by other people checkout were not replaced, just tidied up in front of my eyes. The smell is very unpleasant like damp and the floor is dirty. I don't even want to sit down or just ride to pee because there are lots of cockroach carcasses.

Is this a hotel, guest house or something. This model is used as a partner. The room smells and is broken like a broken ship, all peer beds.

Does not match the photo, the room is dirty, there are cockroaches, just not clean. I didn't stay here and in the end my money was forfeited and couldn't be refunded.

Sorry, it's really not worth it. I booked for 3 days. Only a few minutes came, I decided to look elsewhere. It's really not worth it. Once again, I apologize if my words are misleading. The cellphone signal is lost, the room and house are very dirty and not maintained. I felt goosebumps when I was in the room. All facilities are not suitable for use. Maybe it would be better, not to advertise this hotel. Hopefully it can be improved for a better business future. Thank you.

Kotor, pengap, propider ponsel pribadi kami mati total di kamar (xl dan telkomsel), seperti bangker bawah tanah. Tidak tembus sinyal apapun. Semua petugas tidak punya kompetensi di dalam mengelola pelayanan hotel. Ada wifi tapi semua ga tau user id dan password. Pintu kamar tidak dapat dikunci dari dalam. AC suhu tunggal. Tidak dapat diatur suhunya. Kami serasa difrizer secara perlahan. Sangat tidak nyaman. Bagi penginap nomor 1 kebersihan dan kenyamanan. No 2 bicara fasilitas. Di hotel ini poin 1 tidak ada, poin 2 tidak sesuai kebutuhan.
