So far, Stay Inn is the best hostel I've ever visited. It was perfect stay in here. close to the restaurants, bus transjakarta and more walk to juanda train station. the hosts are also friendly.

The hostel is clean and confy. Also central with the transjakarta (bus line) just a few meters away. There are two common areas, free coffe, tea and lots of dvds. Marta, the owner, is a top rate host. Plenty of tips to make your Indonesian journey smooth and oceanic ！I definitely recommend the place.

The receptionists were quite friendly and helping but sometimes don't. But overall my satisfaction is good enough. The room was clean and also the bathroom. My experienced there was good but it is hard to find by ojek because many same hotels along the street used the same concept so it was quite hard to find for the first time.

I lost my stuff in the locker. And the hostel is not responsible for the loss because in the hostel regulations it is written that loss, damage, theft is not the responsibility of the hostel. Not recommended, staying told to look after the luggage 24 hours!

Saya kehilangan barang di loker yang disediakan oleh hostel. Lokernya di bobol orang. Namun pihak hostel sama sekali tidak mau bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan tersebut. Malah terkesan menghambat pelaporan. Disuruh menunggu owner lah, dimintai keterangan lah. Saya kehilangan jam 22.30 dan baru ke kantor polisi jam 00.00 karena saya meminta segera dan catatan untuk yang mau menginap di sini bahwa sudah ada keterangan bahwa "kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan, kecurian maupun kerusakan barang bawaan anda". Jadi saran untuk yang mau menginap di sini bahwa barang berharga harus dalam perlindungan anda 24 jam nonstop.

Very good service. The place is clean. The rooms are also clean & comfortable, only enough for 1 person, get towels & blankets (but unfortunately the blankets are thin, so if you want to bring your own extra blanket). The toilet is also clean (unfortunately, no photos). There is a functional room to relax, get facilities for books, android tv (can watch youtube), or games.

it's really disappointing. the location is pretty bad, I feel unsafe to stay there. it is a dorm that bed look like a capsule (but it wasn't). there's no privacy, the room was smelly, the 'capsule' wasn't private and safety at all. no door, no lock, just a curtain? how bad is it. oh, and the air conditioner at the 'capsule', I doesn't work! I am a girl, and I arrived at 12am, and had no choice to change hotel, and feeling unsafe, so terrible. thanks Stay Inn btw! I'm not suggesting any woman/girl (moreover family) to stay here, go see a private room or a better capsule hotel. please consider for your safety and privacy, not for the low price.
