When I arrived I was immediately asked to pay the remaining 11 thousand, it was not a problem, but this was the first time I was asked to pay. There were lots of small cockroaches, even after the spray and camphor were used up, they were still there. The AC was not cold, the toilet door was broken, the shower was broken, the blanket and bedsheets had lots of cigarette holes and stains, and the pillows had lots of hair.

The condition of the room is not as shown in the photo, the lighting is too dim. Dusty, the mattress is no longer suitable for use.

for this type of room the room size is too small, the mattress is just stuck, there is no space, it is not comfortable, the mattress has been uncomfortable for a long time, it hurts a bit to break in the middle, the sheets are a bit dirty with hair spots, the bathroom is dirty with moss so it smells, there is only 1 towel, no soap and drinking water

The check-in experience did not match my expectations, the room was stuffy and the water didn't work, there was AC but it was hot, the sheets were yellow and the pillows were the same, there was no soap provided, the room was stuffy, I checked in at 2 pm, came back and checked out at 3 pm, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, looked for another hotel.

Does not match what is shown in the photo. I really want to sleep on the bed. The mattress is all visible. The bathroom toilet disgusts me. The room was really scary, God forbid the pkk won't want to go there again.

This is the first time a hotel has asked for mining fees because they said they used their own lower price limit. The room was dirty and far from clean, and the mattress made me itchy.

Cukup kecewa, kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto. Ada uang deposit Rp. 100.000,-toilet tidak ada sahun, shampo air nya kecil tidak ada air hangat. Remot tv tidak bisa untuk mengecilkan suara:(

The size of the room is quite spacious, it's just that sleeping when it hurts, sleeping feels like it's on a spring, the foam is thin, it's old, it needs to be replaced immediately. The toilet emits an unpleasant odor. The rest is okay, hopefully it gets better.

The service was very bad, to the point where I wanted to go straight to sleep but the administration took a really long time, so the deposit had to be in cash, if you didn't bring cash you were still forced to look for an ATM.
