The staff is not friendly at all. Some of the photos posted are like the lobby with chairs, the front of the hotel, that is not the hotel and this is very misleading for potential customers. The mattress is dirty, with many unclear spots. No tissue provided. Horrible experience in general. At first I chose Oyo because I saw the photos and it turned out to be misleading.

Completely okay for the price range under 200k near the Istiqlal mosque. Unfortunately the bathroom floor is slippery and there is no mat after exiting the bathroom. The flush for the toilet also seems to be a bit stuck so that water pools in the toilet. There are no toiletries/towels, maybe it is not included in the facilities provided.

For that price, with such an okay room and bathroom design. Even really intend to provide directions to the Qibla. BUT, please provide a mat, provide a plastic trash can, provide a blanket, even mineral water even though it's in glass packaging is okay. Or provide a dispenser in the corridor so that it can be used together with other guests. This really doesn't provide drinks, no amenities, no towels. The AC is okay, it works great, the TV also has quite a few channels. Although there is no sound. Hot water is also okay, smooth and functions well. The sheets are quite clean, there is a large mirror. There is an elevator, so you don't need to get tired if you want to go to the 4th floor.

The pillow was damaged but still used it, the aminities were lacking, there was no hot kettle for making noodles, yeah 6/10, the lobby really smelled like incense, it gave the impression of being haunted.
