There's some small cockroach on bed. After changing the room, it was a little bit better but still not that clean. Water stop for a while. The bathroom light was off. Not too responsive staff, need to wait for a quite long time. Can't use the TV. No toiletries, only got 1 towel.

Staff ramah. Kamar super jelek dan kotor. Dapat kamar lantai 33, begitu masuk kondisi listrik di kamar mati. Kamar mandi kotor parah, handuk kotor seperti tidak dicuci dan ada beberapa kecoa di kamar. Sarung bantal dan sprei kasur sangat kotor. Ukuran sprei pun bukan ukuran yang sesuai dengan kasur alias kekecilan. Akhirnya turun lagi ke bawah karena tidak ada telepon di dalam kamar. Permasalahan listrik mati diatasi dan bisa menyala kembali. Namun, selang kurang dari 1 jam listrik mati lagi. Singkatnya, memilih untuk check-out dan pulang walaupun pesan kamar untuk 4 hari 3 malam. Definisi check-in jam 1, check-out jam 2an. Cuma 1 jam lebih di hotel ini tapi sudah bisa menilai seberapa buruknya hotel ini.

In the bathroom there are cockroaches and the shower for the toilet leaks, the soap in the bathroom runs out the first time you enter it and isn't refilled, small animals like to appear on the bed.

Padahal udah minta early check-in tapi begitu sampe katanya kamar baru ready jam 2, pesen yang twinbed tapi sampe waktunya check-in yang ready yang queen bed, lantai kamar super berdebu, seprei & sarung bantal + selimut super dekil, meja nakas samping kasur patah, kamar mandi & kamar sering muncul kecoak kecil dan lumayan banyak, pintu balkon ga bisa dikunci untungnya dapet kamar di lantai 30 ke atas jadi cukup merasa aman ninggalin tas, AC panas udah minta ke resepsionis buat cek tapi pas balik lagi ke kamar AC masih panas banget sampe pagi. Untuk kamar deluxe fasilitas yang diterima nihil. Ga ada air mineral, ga ada sikat gigi, handuk super dekil. Untung cuma semalem dan itupun cuma beberapa jam aja karena cuma saya jadinya tempat singgah. Tolong perawatan kamarnya diperhatikan lagi, agar ga semakin banyak orang yang merasa tertipu merasa dengan foto yang ada.

Kamar tidak dirawat, selimut dan sprei kotor bercak, ruangan bau. Saya langsung check out dan ganti hotel, meski sudah terlanjur bayar 2 malam, menyesal, kena zonk gambar iklan. S***. Lupa foto saja ya, tapi cek aja kamar di lantai 31.

Very dirty, like enter abandoned house. The elevator screen doesn't display a number so you don't know what floor it's on. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, moldy and peeling walls. Not to mention the stained sheets. Because we were rushing to our event so we put the things right away and early in the morning rush to check out. Really don't recommend.

Pintu dan jendela balkon rusak, sama sekali ga ada lampu, minta pun cuma dikasih 1, menjelang malem baru deh tuh kecoa kecoa mungil bermunculan, sprei kotor, handuk basah, sepertinya ga di ganti dari tamu sebelumnya. Mantap.

Kamar sangat sangat sangat tidak sesuai dengan gambar, lantai penuh dengan kecoa-kecoa kecil, dapet lampu WC yang mati (mana yang masangin kita sendiri), kasur reot 1, selimut sama bantal kotor, warnanya kuning dan bau, tidak dikasih minum air mineral. Untuk AC sama TV nyala sih.

Seprai kayanya cuma diberesin aja kalo bekas tamu ga diganti, kotor banget, banyak kecoa kecil juga sama kutu kasur alhasil jadi gatel-gatel+bentol-bentol merah, kamar mandinya juga bau, handuk pun dekil.

I vacation a lot, and have tried several places, and this has been the worst place in my life. Where the mattress is dirty, full of spots. Lots of fleas. Lots of black or reddish stains on blankets and mattresses. Even on the pillows there are lots of dried saliva marks. The bathroom is very smelly. The blower doesn't turn on as if it's going to enter the bathroom not for cleaning but instead it adds disease and germs. I was so disappointed that I immediately checked out when I finished seeing the contents of the room. Thank you for giving a very bad impression in my experience as a traveler.

The room is dirty, the sheets, pillowcases & towels are really dirty, the drains are clogged. From the mattress came out the cockroaches. Asked to change sheets and others, but the clerk wasn't there. Critical. Didn't have time to sleep, immediately checked out.
