Svarga Bebek Villas

I highly recommend Svarga Bebek Villas! It's a beautiful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The grounds are stunning, the staff is welcoming and eager to assist, and the food is exceptional. The villas are well-stocked, and the turn-down service along with the snacks are a lovely touch. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming! They remembered me and visited with me and shared stories about families. I will miss everyone! The Duckie Colldas are the best, as is the Rose infused Gin. Every time my family comes back, we plan on staying here. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful stay. Great retreat from the busy streets. Shuttle service to near Monkey Forest or cheap taxi using Grab. Breakfast was good and the massage at the spa was one of the best we had with very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

The overall experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff whose warmth made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure that every need was met. Additionally, the service was impressively quick; I hardly had to wait for anything, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Each interaction was pleasant, reflecting their commitment to excellent hospitality.

- Breakfast can be improved in terms of quantity. - Jacuzzi did not work well, bath tub was fine. - The shower could be cleaned and maintained better for this type of property. - Staff members were good. - For room cleanliness, I would give 8/10.

Beautiful villas, excellent service, authentic Bali vibe. Very peaceful and lovely food. Downside is that the property is a bit remote on the eastern side from central Ubud. There is a free shuttle available but only at certain hours, and the traffic is often difficult.

Pros: restaurant near by the Villa . Very quiet area. Beautiful landscape. Cons: breakfast is limited. There is no buffet option. We had the Villa for 4 people when booked but there is only one king bed, so we ended up pay extra more $ for two more beds which cost around $1000000 IDR per night. This place is a bit far from the attraction area such as clear cafe, chat time...... Etc. If you're preferred to be in the quiet area, then this is the place for you. The massage is expensive compared to other spa outside the hotel, however it was good

We loved our stay at Bebek Tepi Sawah. We live in Indonesia so visit Bali frequently, and this was by far one of the best places we've stayed in Ubud. The hotel is beautiful; lots of traditional Balinese features (statues, carvings, batik fabrics) throughout. Our room was well-maintained and clean. We especially liked the balcony and open-air shower. The staff were lovely and extremely attentive. We would definitely stay here again. We both agreed that this would also be a great place to come with a romantic partner.

We Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent. Resort so beautiful, and Great location away from busy parts in Ubud. Hotel provided free car shuttle service on demand so it was very easy to get about. Restaurant food was very good. Do try the Crispy duck !!

What a lovely place to spend some time in Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the property was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay at surrounded by lush gardens. Spacious, clean room with princess post beds A good selection of breakfast menus to choose from, with good service from staff. Having a halal restaurant next door with the same serene set up made it convenient for food. Overall, an enjoyable family experience.

Stayed in Bali and lombok for 30 days, this was one of the best, very peaceful , very good staff great facilities, pool .

The place is around rice fields which is really awesoe However the bathroom needs some cleaning and I don’t like the idea of having religious symbols in my hotel room

Tranquil environment to relax, escape the heat in the pools, food at the restaurants was delicious and reasonably priced.

I don't get it.. this place wasn't "all that". We had a 2 day reservation. We check in.. we are told upon arrival that if we lose the key, we will be charged (understandable). If we get the towels dirty, we will be charged $20. If we get the sheets dirty, we will be charged $20. Frightened to do anything normal, such as wash our face before bed.. it was ridiculous. Also mandatory $500,000 deposit IN CASH "just in case something happens". Breakfast was included, except heres the catch.. we had to pay for the coffee. So it wasn't really all included. The breakfast was good though! Pools were nice. The spa was alright. The gal who did my massage was EPIC! Except, I asked for these Royal treatment package and my friend wanted a different package. We both ended up receiving something totally different. We didn't know what had happened until I asked for these receipt and it said something completely different. That was disappointing. We returned from the spa only 2 hrs after checking in, to find POOP on the floor and a rodent machine hooked up in the wall. Apparently turn down service attached it but there was actual poop moments later. The staff was super quiet and soft spoken. I didn't feel engagement from anyone. It over all was not worth the money and we returned back to the hotel we had just left and stayed there the rest of our trip
