Room was clean, staff were so so friendly, breakfast was next level and it was a shirt walk to the main street. The street was a little sketchy walking up from the main street but you get used to it. I would 100% stay there again with my kids.

I had a great stay here, the friendliest staff I have ever met; they were so attentive. Also as a solo traveller - it was awesome because the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable! Highly recommend. Side note - it’s nice that’s it’s tucked away from a busy road, but also very close walking distance to everything. 11/10

The staff brings up the ratings for this hotel! They were very accommodating! The breakfast was good and tasty. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room balcony was nice but construction going on across from the hotel didn’t make it as enjoyable. No fault of the hotel, hopefully construction will be done soon. Nice size room could use a full length mirror. Made use of the spa and had a really nice massage.

We had a very enjoyable 2 nights here. We enjoyed the pool and seemed to be the only guests using it. The property is quiet (a building site is being worked on next door but it is not too noisy). I recommend this hotel as it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main part of Ubud.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home, always greeting us with a smile and genuine hospitality. The service was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and every request was handled with care and efficiency. You can really feel that the team here takes pride in what they do. The setting was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the busier parts of Bali. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!
