中心市街地から遠からず近すぎずでよかったです。無料のコーヒーサービス提供が最高でした。 窓からの風景もよかったです。

気の利くスタッフでした。

姉と小学校低学年の甥っ子と泊まりました。 メインの通りとは逆側ではありますが、 近場に素敵なグルテンフリーレストランがあり、 お部屋は広く、シャワーも熱湯がでて、 緑も多く静かに快適に過ごせました！ あえて、問題をあげるとすれば、 排水溝の流れが良くなかったです。 ですが、朝食がとても美味しく、 スタッフの方の笑顔が素敵で親切で、 とても、素晴らしい滞在となりました。 ありがとうございました。

Really great location, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and breakfast is fair. Unfortunately I booked the hotel for the forest view which is now a large building site and it was not transparent on the website even though I booked last minute.

The staff was amazing! Always really friendly. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Would stay again any time.

Great personal but not good quality

I am being super generous here - the staff were super nice. However, there are extensive maintenance issues. There's no elevator in the building and for those with disabilities - stair climbing can be arduous. Also, there aren't any phones in the rooms, so guests must make their way to the lobby for the simplest of needs. The rooms are dated and in need of a refresher. The noise coming from the next door construction is unbearably loud and makes rest impossible for those directly across the site. The property should disclose this on the site - but they make the disclosure only once you have arrived. Their attempts to minimize the reality prove futile, when you will be living the nightmarish reality. The construction is 7 days per week from dusk until dawn.

Convenient location, near to Ubud market. Staff is so friendly and address any of my concerns prombly. Highly recommended.

The staff brings up the ratings for this hotel! They were very accommodating! The breakfast was good and tasty. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room balcony was nice but construction going on across from the hotel didn’t make it as enjoyable. No fault of the hotel, hopefully construction will be done soon. Nice size room could use a full length mirror. Made use of the spa and had a really nice massage.

The room requires a little maintenance, the exteriors are nice but the rooms could use a renovation. The staff is excellent, super friendly!

Staff was very professional and welcoming. We spent a night there only. I wish we had more time to explore the property.
