The perfect hotel for those dreaded late-night arrivals or ridiculously early morning departures. I have stayed at the hotel too many times to count and it doesn't disappoint the weary traveler. Recommended by this globe trotter.

I got a special treat on Christmas! They gave me a tasteful chocolate cake, the room was also clean. I extended one night over there. They also helped me to find a rental bike. Overall good, staff very friendly and helpful.

The suite room type on the 2nd floor is the winner! Separate spacious room with bathroom corridor, 200cm x 200cm wide bed can sleep 4, not cramped. The room lights use 4000 Kelvin LED downlights, exactly the same brightness and brightness as in my own room at home, there I was amazed, the bright room was exactly like the room in my own house hehe. Not gloomy, dim, good mood all day. Even though I didn't try the pool, the location is near the airport, close to Kuta Mandalika and you can also transit while waiting for the delayed flight which only leaves at 20.45 WIT. So far this hotel is recommended, next time I will stay here longer, just need a vehicle to explore Lombok here and there. Thank you for the fun memories of Swiss Bel Court Lombok, we will all never forget every second of the memories created.

As soon as I arrived at the parking lot, there were parking lines. I parked according to the lines. When I parked, no security guard directed me where to park. There were also no no-parking signs in my parking spot. As I got out of the car with my suitcase and belongings, a security guard suddenly shouted at me from a distance. He didn't even come up to me and say "okay." I was asked to move because I wasn't allowed to park there. There were clearly parking lines and no no-parking signs. Then he returned to his post and played with his phone.
I was driving the car alone. In the end, I put my things in the middle of the parking lot and moved the car. He didn't even direct me where to park. It's a trivial matter. But for a Swissbel hotel, which is an international hotel, I think it needs improvement.

A hotel very close to the airport. I stayed in a smoking room. The room was quite comfortable, although there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was okay, but lacked variety. But so far, it's highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the airport, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken. Just a suggestion: it's better to check before giving it to guests. It's a hassle to have to change rooms. I was just trying to rest, but important facilities weren't working.
The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, just average.

The hotel is close to the airport, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken. Just a suggestion: it's better to check before giving it to guests. It's a hassle to have to change rooms. I was just trying to rest, but important facilities weren't working.
The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, just average.
