First time here is really good. Stayed with friends and there was a promo. Ambiance/Facilities: Clean room, good lighting 👌🏻, bathroom is really good there is a hairdryer ☝🏻. Food: Honestly, I didn't try it because I booked a room without breakfast. Staff Assistance: The reception staff are really friendly love🫶🏻. Highlights: Close to everywhere because it's in the central area. Price: The price for a deluxe queen bed is still affordable and with the added promo it's worth it. Location: Near the 24-hour junk food area so if you're hungry in the middle of the night, you can just go downstairs.

The staff was very kind, but I once misplaced the soy sauce on the mung bean porridge stand and the brown sugar on the porridge stand, so they got mixed up. Luckily, when I pointed it out, the staff immediately responded and replaced them back to their proper places.

The room was fairly clean, but the only problem was the bathroom. There was a cable lock next to the door (no idea what it was for), making it difficult to open and close. The cable bumped and the hairdryer fell onto a glass, breaking it. I had to pay Rp 50,000 for the refund. The shower was slippery and there was standing water. It was very uncomfortable.
