The staff is very friendly, and the room is spacious and the bed is quite big. The most important thing is that it is close to places to eat and the city center. I would come back to stay here again.

Amazing experience at this Hotel. While staying, there was a 4.1 SR earthquake in Bogor and what I really appreciate is the hotel staff who were responsive in helping to evacuate guests on the emergency stairs until they gathered in the hotel lobby. All guests were given mineral water and information about earthquake safety 💯

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the food was delicious, and access to coffee shops and other youth hangouts was just a short walk away, so I didn't get bored in my room. I'll definitely be back to stay at Swiss-Bellin again next time.

It was my 2nd time having family staycation at the hotel. Room are clean and complete amenities.
A bit input for the breakfast team: Always check and double check for all menu condiments. I had Soto Ayam but no chicken on the pot and condiments area, so the staff suggest me to take the chicken from chicken porridge station. I also had bubur kacang hijau, it tasted bland and the coconut milk is not ready.

Room I got an upgrade to Superior but that just means more space. Bed not well made and Dust everywhere. Lightswitch for bathroom not inside. Loud classic background music from starting 5.30 a.m. ! in corridors. Breakfast amazing but some food not written wjat it is (Sambal Sauces for example). Staff friendly but cannot soeak english. Well 30% too high priced then for my feeling.

It was my 2nd time having family staycation at the hotel. Room are clean and complete amenities.
A bit input for the breakfast team: Always check and double check for all menu condiments. I had Soto Ayam but no chicken on the pot and condiments area, so the staff suggest me to take the chicken from chicken porridge station. I also had bubur kacang hijau, it tasted bland and the coconut milk is not ready.

Room I got an upgrade to Superior but that just means more space. Bed not well made and Dust everywhere. Lightswitch for bathroom not inside. Loud classic background music from starting 5.30 a.m. ! in corridors. Breakfast amazing but some food not written wjat it is (Sambal Sauces for example). Staff friendly but cannot soeak english. Well 30% too high priced then for my feeling.
