The hotel staff is very very friendly and patient. The service is very good. Helped with carrying luggage. The room is small but not too cramped. Only yesterday the problem was that the AC was leaking, so it was a bit flooded.

It is very unfortunate that in front of the bed on the ground floor, the soles of the feet are often electrocuted, not the calves or knees, children also feel that way, maybe the hotel can be checked again. The staff is very friendly, I left my child at the hotel to shop for souvenirs, eh the staff even understood that my child went in and out of the room and the elevator. Next time if you stay with your family, this is very suitable, you can add a restaurant with more crew, so if you want food, you don't need online food anymore. Hopefully it will be better.

Parking area is narrow, but assisted by security (valley). The bed and the bathroom are one step apart, narrow. Upon arrival, as soon as I opened the room, it smelled a bit musty because I got a room without a window (full). The soap is also not filled/checked before the guest arrives, so must convey to the receptionist that it has been filled.
