The owner is very responsive, every time there is a problem it is always resolved quickly. The food is delicious, you can order via WhatsApp what you want to eat. Mujair nyat has delicious spices. The fried chicken chili sauce is also delicious. It's worth ordering. The location is indeed a bit challenging, maybe I suggest going there by motorbike.

Overall we are quite satisfied and the service is quite good according to the price: 1. The surrounding environment which is full of plantations is still very beautiful and natural. 2. The welcome from the Batur Caldera Guesthouse Staff (Pak Komang and his wife) was very friendly and helped provide area information and access to places around the hotel. 3. The room atmosphere is very calm and comfortable for resting. 4. Bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and hotel areas are very clean and tidy. But there are several things that must be considered to make it even better: 1. Sleeping lights that don't work because of Low Batt. 2. Water heater thermos which was dirty when you first arrived in the room. 3. The hot water didn't work properly so I was forced to shower with cold water in cold conditions. 4. The lack of directions to the hotel location resulted in being directed by Google Map to a small road (only 1 car needed) so I had to backtrack quite far because I ran into a Material Truck there. Hopefully in the future Batur Caldera Guesthouse can be much better. Thank You.

For the price, it's quite pricey. The plus point might be that the location next to the vegetable garden makes it even cooler. Several main destinations are also close to this inn. The minus is that there are quite a lot of flies (mostly the Kintamani area has a lot of flies). Then, the heater didn't always turn on even though Kintamani was really cold. For food, you can order from the room and it's really delicious! You can try ordering if you're too lazy to go out.

Makes healing really good. Come back again on your honeymoon hehe. Those who own the guesthouse are friendly and have good polls. I really like it here, even though it's a bit far from everywhere, but it's so calm.
