Awesome, I was really satisfied staying at Hotel Taman Teratai. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home, especially the swimming pool is very clean. Close to the tourist attraction to Enchanting Valley, just walk. If you want to go to Dairyland, just go downstairs, the location is very strategic, right on the side of the main road but not noisy, friendly service, delicious food, the restaurant menu prices are also very cheap. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Puncak area, top, thank you Hotel Taman Teratai.

The swimming pool is clean, I am very fascinated by the beautiful views of the mountains..and various flowers in the well-maintained garden. The room is clean, comfortable, unique, feels like I'm in Bali. Close to the new tourist attraction, the enchanting valley by Taman Safari, just a 3-minute walk. The location is strategic, close to the currently popular tourist attractions in Puncak. Thank you, Taman Lotus.

I don't regret going to this hotel because the swimming pool is clean, I got breakfast at 280 thousand rupiah, it's really worth it for 2 adults and 1 child. The only thing that's lacking is the room, please clean it more because it seems dusty and damp, other than that, it's really okay to stay here, oh yeah, the place is also on the side of the road. I think I'll come here again next time, haha

It all started with a friend inviting me to Puncak on a whim. I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate four people, and I chose Taman Teratai Hotel. I swear, I didn't expect it to be this worth it. From the hotel grounds, with its abundance of flowers, swimming pool, and Balinese vibes, to the comfortable and spacious rooms. For breakfast, the chicken porridge was delicious. It was absolutely spot-on... I swear. The negatives were all made up for.
Next time I go to Puncak with family or friends, I'll stay here so I don't have to worry about finding a comfortable hotel.

The bed needs to be upgraded again and the pillows are also thin, the terrace still has a lot of cigarette butts from previous guests, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned.... luckily I was able to move to an executive room, KLW I wouldn't have been able to sleep.... because the room smelled damp

The room wasn't very clean, perhaps because it hadn't been occupied for a while, so it was a bit dusty.
The only amenities were soap, no toothpaste or shampoo. Luckily, I always bring my own.

Overall, I'd say 8/10.
The cleanliness of the room and toilet is 7.5 because I still noticed a lot of dust in the corner of the room (window). The toilet floor is the same, especially since the toilet floor is like dark stone tiles. When I first entered, I felt like I was stepping on jelly. I thought it was a leech, but it turned out to be just something like wet tissue, but dirty (garbage).
The swimming pool is perfect, very clean and comfortable.
The children's playground (swings) is a bit dirty, so I don't let my child play on that dirty swing.
Breakfast is fried rice + fried egg & sweet tea delivered to the room.
Improve this further, please.
