Good: location in jungle, food OK, the staff OK. Need improve: 150 m wallking acces and uphill, most facilities are old building/insuficient maintenance, very pricey. The hotel not for elderly (uphill walk), family with kids, people/family who love crowds. This is for group people over 20 people.

Penginapan ini cocok untuk kita yang ingin merasakan sensasi alam yang alami. Kamar sesuai dengan gambar yang ditampilkan dan kamar yang masih terawat. Terdapat dapur dengan perlengkapan masak lengkap yang bisa digunakan oleh tamu, namun sayang agak sedikit tidak bersih. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu ketika tiba di penginapan. Tak disangka malam hari pun dihidangkan cemilan yang cocok disantap sambil berbincang bersama keluarga. Untuk sarapan walaupun tidak banyak pilihan tapi kita bisa memilih sarapan apa yang mau kita santap pada pagi hari. Namun disayangkan penampilan dari depan sudah kusam dan tampak usang mungkin dari depan orang tidak tertarik untuk berkunjung ke tempat ini, juga admin dengan nomor yang tercantum di media sosial tidak terlalu membantu saya untuk meneruskan request yang saya minta sehingga terjadi miss komunikasi sedikit ketika tiba. Semoga ke depannya admin dan tim dilapangan lebih baik lagi dan semoga tempat ini lebih dibenahi agar tamu yang berkunjung lebih merasakan kenyamanan di tempat ini.

OK hotel, but a little worn out. Tidy room, great veranda an friendly personnel. Garden maintenance completely neglected. Good breakfast with a view at the rocks and some monkeys having their breakfast. Scooter rent nice option to discover the Harau valley. The rest of the hotel premises seem out of order and gives the place a groovy vibe.

It was a rather strange place in that we were the only people there. The hotel seemed to be deteriorating and it looked like it was being run down. The staff working there did their best but didn't have much in the way of food or drink. The room was OK, hot water, bed OK. Sheets not terribly clean.

Suasana dan pelayanan hotel sangat baik, kekurangannya satu yaitu di jalan untuk menuju ke lokasi ada pungli dari pemuda setempat. Padahal tidak jauh dari lokasi pungli tersebut ada posko petugas.

The place is beautiful, you still really feel the natural atmosphere, comfortable, clean, breakfast is fried rice, from the parking area to the inn we have to walk, when we arrive we are confused, we don't know the office, we don't have to check out either, because all payments come in advance, if really like the family. During the stay the children are happy.
