It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

The hotel is very comfortable. The bathroom looks like it has just been renovated so it is very comfortable and clean. Got a free room upgrade too. Hopefully there will be another chance to stay at The Acacia Jakarta. This is a room service food that is still affordable but tastes really good.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, the breakfast menu is varied and of course the taste is good... the room is clean and quite spacious, the price is affordable

The location is strategic, an older hotel but has been upgraded. The food is standard but quite tasty. The swimming pool was closed when I stayed there.
