Iam back after 3 times stay here and I always stay more than 5 days just for working. I never get any disappointed with hotel unless this time. I got room 757 (if not wrong) at first, the room is next to emergency exit stairs. I heard something from there and ask the hotel team to check. They said after checked, no security that has patrolled but it made me afraid of something. Don't get me wrong but I am typically the one who always afraid of something unreal 😂🙈. So I asked to changed the room. In the next day, I move to 639, the room quite good but the I found no carpet on the floor, hairdryer sometimes not working and the very worst is leaking from the glass separator shower area to toilet every time I took a bath. The Engineer fixed it and I continue stay in that room. Until next morning, it getting worse. The water from my shower running freely and reach toilet door, everything full of water and I realized it when finished shower and it made me slip. I complained and requested for changing the room, cause I don't think it can be fixed. Then the hotel said apologize and I got room 335 which bigger with sofa. When I entered the room, I asked to the staff cause I didn't book this room, I book guest room and he said it's okay for me cause prev bad experiences in last room. So far all the staff members are very helpful and kind, but still need to check the room and make sure everything is working well and checked before any guests enter it.

4 star hotel close to city center. Facilities are quite complete. Spacious parking. Easy access. The entire hotel staff is kind and friendly. At check-in, you can get a wider room than ordered. Thank you Alana. Quite satisfied staying here. Only the swimming pool is a bit less big for children. Thank You.

The most recommended hotel to Jogja. Check-in was smooth, easy and fast and the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have complete amenities. The breakfast has a varied menu and tastes really good. Anyway, if I go to Jogja, I will definitely return to this hotel.
