Check-in took 2 hours to wait. That's because it's been complained. Disappointing receptionist service, not coordinating with each other. The room does not match the photo. There is no hairdryer and towels in the queue after waiting for 1 hour and even then, 3 calls have been made. The mat was given at 12 pm. Rooms are not soundproof. In the middle of the night someone is clearly not ringing the room bell. Hot water only comes on the next day. In the future, please fix the tbs and the facilities.

Kamarnya luas. AC nya berisik. Gorden nya kotor banget. Handuk sama kesetnya belum ada. Diminta dulu baru dikasih dan petugasnya langsung datang. Sarapan biasa aja. Tapi interior resto nya bagus banget.

Sangat mengecewakan jika dibandingkan dengan harga dan rating bintang hotelnya. Fasilitas tidak sesuai. Handuk robek, kusam dan lebih seperti kain lap. Sprei kotor, kusam dan bernoda. Semoga bisa menjadi masukan untuk lebih baik lagi.

Kita datang pukul. 3 sore namun kamar masih belum ready, diminta tunggu 1 jam. Kebersihan hotel juga buruk, di koridor menuju kamar lantai. 5 terlihat sekali tidak dibersihkan teratur. Sampai kamar, handuk belum tersedia dan diminta menunggu dengan alasan yang laundry handuk tidak dari hotel. Dan lagi, kamar mandi masih pesing serta ada bekas sikat gigi orang lain masih tergeletak. Yang gak kalah penting, colokan listrik yang bisa digunakan hanya 1, lainnya mati termasuk yang untuk water heater. Mungkin ini yang pertama dan terakhir experience di hotel ini.
