The bathroom's bath mat wasn't there, so when I left the bathroom, the floor was a mess, and the remote control batteries weren't replaced. I've reported this to housekeeping, but they haven't replaced them. Hopefully, things will improve.

During my staycation at The Axana Hotel, from the receptionist to the other staff, they were all friendly, the lobby was spacious, the swimming pool was nice, the rooms were clean, the kids felt at home, and even the items I left behind were sent straight to my address. It was really good, it was the best👍

I hope the cleanliness, especially in the bedrooms and toilets, will be improved. There was standing water in the bathroom, and there was no bathroom brush. The table and mattress were dirty. I stayed at Axana, and the room was like a substandard hotel room. I hope the Axana management can pay more attention to the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms and bathrooms. Oh, and there were a lot of cockroaches. As soon as I entered the room, they immediately ran away, haha.
