The room is not up to the standard. The aircond is poor the room cleanliness is bad. Our room blackout almost 20times. Mentioned to reception but asked to change door card only. Very disappointed with the hotel. The room interior is very old and the hotel is quite far from any supermarket.

Everything was good but not their room cleaning service. I’ve stayed for 4 nights but they only cleaned up the room once. Requested for an iron but it never came

Many of the hotel facilities, especially the bathroom, were damaged. The hot water wouldn't work, the TV wasn't broadcasting clearly, and there were ants all over the place. The music was too loud until midnight, making it difficult for us to sleep.
