I've stayed at Axana many times. But yesterday I was disappointed because the service was less than optimal. I booked a superior double room, but after checking in at 2:30 PM, the room was not available, only a single room. So it was okay, just take it. After that, I entered the room, it turned out that the room given had not been cleaned, there was still a lot of trash and clothes of people who had stayed in the room. After that, it happened that a hotel employee was cleaning nearby, and he found an empty room. After that, I entered the new room which was clean and okay, but there was another problem: the AC was not cold, it had been more than an hour in the room, it felt like a sauna. The temperature was only 30 degrees. Not cold. Complained again. After that, the AC was repaired and given freon by the technician. Then it was safe. That's a little story. In the future, the service will be maximized even more. Many apologies, thank you.

When I asked the receptionist for a mattress replacement, they told me the service deadline was 4 p.m. But only after I raised my voice did they take action. It wasn't what I expected. I paid for a hotel to be comfortable, but instead, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. It was a shame. Hopefully, the hotel management will improve the room facilities.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel room is very clean and the toilet is also clean.

The room AC is not cold enough.

I was fooled by the exterior. As soon as I entered the room, it was filthy. The bathroom was filthy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the service was terrible. I asked for a doormat and they didn't give it to me. The towels were already dirty. I won't be staying there again 😜
