It was fun staying here while waiting for check-in time, we relaxed at the front cafe with a mountain view... the room was clean and comfortable, the reception service was also friendly. In the afternoon, we could relax on the rooftop of the 8th floor, Awang"sky, while enjoying the beautiful mountain view. In the morning, we swam without worrying about getting cold because there was warm water here too.

The Hotel Batu & Villas is super cozy and comfy perfect for our 5 day stay here. The room was really clean, smelled great, and felt super comfortable. Plus, I even got a free upgrade from a Deluxe Twin to a Superior Room such an amazing surprise and a really nice compliment from the hotel! The view from the balcony looked amazing every time we woke up. I really enjoyed my time here and totally loved it. Such a great quality hotel! If I come back to Batu, Malang, I’ll definitely choose this place again. Thanks for the experience!🫶🏻

The WiFi connection needs to be improved. It often disconnects and is slow. The remote is also available. The AC remote has run out of batteries, so I have to replace it with a TV remote.

When checking in, we got a super problematic room, not recommended for a 4 star hotel, the room had no telephone so every time there was a problem we had to go down to the lobby, the first problem was the curtains were difficult to close, the second was the TV remote didn't work, the third was the toilet flush wasn't working properly, so we had to go back and forth down to the lobby to report the problem, we wanted to move rooms but they said they were full but the staff were quite good at responding to the problem, but if we go to Batu, I don't think we'll stay at this hotel again.

The staff is friendly, I arrived half an hour before the scheduled time because it was about to rain but it turned out I was allowed to go straight in, the room is spacious, there is a balcony, the front of the hotel is busy at night, easy to get to JT 1 & the Angkut Museum, the town square is also close.. there is a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool, we happened to be in the front building which is not very high, but very comfortable...

Good, but the staff service needs to be improved, including greeting customers. The security guard at the front desk is even friendlier. The cake variety could be increased. It's a shame the view is so good, it would be a shame if it wasn't improved.

Malang feels like Bali. The hotel's atmosphere was perfect and comfortable for us. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The restaurant in the hotel was quite tasty and affordable, so we could stay there if we just wanted to relax. Perhaps the only thing that needs more attention is the cleanliness of the pool area. It had rained the day before, so the water might have been a bit less clean. Overall, it was very impressive. ☺️

There is no bottled water in the room, but a water dispenser is provided outside the room, there are sandals but you can't take them home🤭🙈 I thought there was no water, it was okay, seeing the sandals were nice, I wanted to take them home, but there was a sign that said not to take them home, so rather than taking it, it's not our right, so that's it.. On weekends, the price is expensive, but the atmosphere is interesting there, eating at the cafe is also quite expensive, but the view of the cafe is good, you can see Bukit Bintang at night and during the day, the breeze is very gentle, yes, there are pluses and minuses too.. Yesterday, none of the kids went swimming because the little brother had a fever, so the big brother didn't want to go alone
