Very nice hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. All staff always smile and ask what they can do for helping us. Really great experience with the grove suite hotel. This is my second time staycation here and always good. For sure will come back again.

First hotel which is serving tea time that we've experienced so far in Indonesia. Been here just for 1 nite, and wow ma shaa Allah. So happy. Tea time menus are tasting to the moon π
π having tea time at evening is one of important issue for moroccan people, that's why get so excited once we know that d Grove hotel is serving tea time for the guests in evening.π π. Worthing stay in d Grove hotel, don't forget to empty your tummy before coming π cause Grove bakery is next to it with 50% off for all cake and bread from 6-9 pm, enjoy it π.

Initially booked for 2 nights, when I arrived I got a room with less air conditioning so I had to move rooms. Then after moving, the sound of the air conditioner was very annoying and the next day it turned out that the glass window was leaking. Finally asked for a refund for the next 1 night because I didn't want to change rooms again. Duty manager was very helpful so the refund process went smoothly (fyi, shouldn't be able to refund).

I checked in early, around 1 pm, and the staff still welcome me. I don't need to wait too long for the room. The room is very big, very recommended to stay long time. There is so many choice for breakfast. The hotel and restaurant staff ππ½ nice and friendly.

We had a pleasant stay during our visit for family trip occasion. Love the pool with bubble attraction for our kids, good breakfast, the gym facility, the shortcoming just when we stay in 15th floor the air conditioner seems like not cool enough in the corridor hall, it also affect our room as well. Anyway thank you for having us and birthday cake compliment for our kids

The staff wa very friendly and accomodating. The best hotel for staycation with children. No need to travel far to another city if you only have one or two days holiday. Banyak acara untuk anak kecil, fasilitas juga oke oke. Makanannya ENAK.
