You can't leave the hotel, from 2AM to 6AM since the hotel is located inside of a mall.

Very inconvenient. Especially when you arrive/back hotel in the late night. They close the main door for that area, and keep you in the street wait for more than 20 mins for their security to pick you up. Bad cleanliness. Most of the facilities in the room is so old, out of maintenance. Towel have strong smell. Bad service. Since you need to wait for the security to pick you up in the midnight on the street. You need to keep call the reception, after 20 mins they will send some one to pick you up. The reception is so impatient. Yes, the name of reception is Mr. Ajik Surya. Overall. Very bad experience for this hotel.

The staff is friendly and nice. Unfortunately the hot water is not always available and the water flow is small. I got dirty towel too :( Guest need to ask the staff first if they want the room to be cleaned

The bed was very noisy. It seem the bed had a problem. Got to change room and the result is still the same. The bed sheet cover was dirty and also found blood stain. And when check out had to wait 15 mins as no reception on the front desk.
