The Samirono

The hotel is comfortable, away from the crowds, so it's not noisy. It's close to campus and has many dining options. This hotel is perfect for couples because the bathroom is transparent 🤭

The room is really nice, every corner is aesthetic, it's worth staying here, it's as per the photo.

Overall is good. Just a suggestion, maybe the balcony of the lower room should be given a partition with the other rooms, then all Netflix accounts are locked so you can't watch using your own account, why provide it if it can't be used. The amenities are only shampoo, soap and tissue. There are no toothbrushes or hotel slippers that can be used.

Our room had many ants. They wanted to move us to another room on ground floor but all the rooms on the ground floor have them. We asked for a room upstairs. This room had a broken shower and loose toilet seat but we were glad to have moved. Then the first night the water of toilet and sink didn’t work. We asked for help and they said they would come. They didn’t. After asking, they said someone would come to check the next morning at 10 AM. They didn’t. We had to leave for a workshop, so we had to ask for a third time and they said they would send someone. Then after we came back, we had to ask AGAIN. They then said they had a general problem with the water and wanted to move us to a room on the ground floor where the sink also didn’t work but the toilet would. We didn’t want ants and at this point we were exhausted of moving so we said no. They were polite enough to give us a room to use the toilet, and luckily after 2 nights our water worked again. Later we asked for toilet paper and an extra towel, because 2 people only got 1 towel. They said they would come to our room. After 15 minutes, still no ones there. I’m sure the staff is kindhearted, but we constantly have to ask and remind them of everything. A vacation should be for rest, not extra labor. The hotel looked promising but is in real life very faulty unfortunately. Would not return

very strategic location, the hotel is very comfortable and clean. and most importantly the staff is very friendly and helpful. next time this will be my regular hotel when I travel solo again

Friendly hotel staff, comfortable place

The place is okay, the service is okay. But there are no sandals and toothbrushes.

The staff are friendly and the location is strategic, close to UGM and easy to get around. The place is also nice, although the transparent bathroom is a bit surprising, haha, it's suitable for married couples, but so far so good.

There is no table to put bags/stuff on.
