Our room had many ants. They wanted to move us to another room on ground floor but all the rooms on the ground floor have them.
We asked for a room upstairs. This room had a broken shower and loose toilet seat but we were glad to have moved.
Then the first night the water of toilet and sink didn’t work. We asked for help and they said they would come. They didn’t. After asking, they said someone would come to check the next morning at 10 AM. They didn’t. We had to leave for a workshop, so we had to ask for a third time and they said they would send someone. Then after we came back, we had to ask AGAIN. They then said they had a general problem with the water and wanted to move us to a room on the ground floor where the sink also didn’t work but the toilet would. We didn’t want ants and at this point we were exhausted of moving so we said no. They were polite enough to give us a room to use the toilet, and luckily after 2 nights our water worked again.
Later we asked for toilet paper and an extra towel, because 2 people only got 1 towel. They said they would come to our room. After 15 minutes, still no ones there.
I’m sure the staff is kindhearted, but we constantly have to ask and remind them of everything. A vacation should be for rest, not extra labor. The hotel looked promising but is in real life very faulty unfortunately. Would not return
